   • Ticket price is $6.50 per person.
   • Group rate is $6.00 per person (with 81 paid tickets).
   • TEACHERS FREE!
2. Reserve: Select a day and time to see the show. Check the Schedule page for available dates.
3. Download and Print: Print and fill out this reservation form. You can download it in either HTML or PDF formats:

4. Send:
   • Mail form and deposit to: Stages of Imagination, 648 N. Lemon Street, Media, PA 19063
   • Make checks payable to Stages of Imagination
   • Send the reservation form plus deposit to us within 2 weeks of the initial call. The deposit is $1.00 per person, and the balance is due 14 days prior to the show. (Please include the contact teacher's name on the balance check).
